About The Event
Would you like to create a peaceful environment for your baby? Do you want to increase the connection you feel with your baby? Come meditate with other expecting moms in a harmonic environment. Together we will meditate, explore ways to enhance communication with your baby, and we will participate in guided visualizations. We will also have the opportunity to support each other as we share concerns, challenges, and resources with one another.
